"Hired for a job in Historic St Augustine. Was very upfront on the location of the house. Scheduled for 8:30 am. At 8:55 am the day of the job, the plumber called and was like "Oh, you're way down in St Augustine." Umm, yeah. He didn't show up until 9:45 am. Needed him to fix an outside water spigot and he did the job. Then needed to address poor water pressure in a bathroom sink. Assumed it was a clogged aerator. He could not remove the aerator but he did check the water pressure and it was good. The next day I watched a youtube video and removed the aerator myself. There was another fine mesh one behind it. Could not remove that so I ended up replacing the faucet myself. Now it works fine. Would I recommend? Eh, probably not. If St Augustine is too far to drive to make an 8:30 appointment, tell me up-front. And no, did not get any discount for making me wait. In fact he was there a little over an hour and I got charged for 1.25 hours."

However JAX Hydro-Jetters LLC went above and beyond to send out a very professional and efficient plumber, Mr. Lopez who explained the entire process and how everything worked. He was able to bust open the clog in the drain and now we have an open and working drain again! I would highly recommend this company...professional, compassionate and very helpful. "PLUMBING is very expensive. This was my first need for a plumber and was surprised by the cost. Due to new sinks which were deeper with drains more to the back of the sink rather than in the center, required an entirely rapping of the under sink system. The men work hard and were very professional. However, after the job was completed, I discovered that the water to the dishwasher was none existent. Fenwick plumbing sent out the same workmen to fix the issue the same day! Well done. The issue, was that the workmen mentioned it was not his job to "turn the water on to the dishwater" What, you changed the old pipe to fit the new one. Apparently if a plumber does not actually turn off a connecting water system, his job is therefore is not to turn that water system back on or to inform the homeowner that he did not turn the water on to say the dishwasher. Ruined a good first time experience."
