Tanner responded to our request on Sunday evening and came out on Monday morning to make the repair to our Kohler toilet. He had the part that we needed and was quick, effective and personable. He also took the time to share helpful information. I would highly recommend his services and will be calling him for my next plumbing issue and will recommend him to my clients.

My hose bib was leaking constantly- more than a drip! Since I have to pay for water in Cape Coral, I was forced to shut off the water to my entire house! I googled plumbers close to me and was directed to Mr. Rooter. Tanner showed up ready to get to work. He listened to my questions and answered them with confidence. Even as the sky darkened for our afternoon thunderstorm, he assured me that he could get the job done quickly. And he did! I offered him a towel as we chatted about family and faith. I signed the invoice, gave him my credit card, and now I can take a shower. He assured me that if I have any issues with the repair that I can call and someone will come and take a look.

The tech Angel was very professional and knowledgeable I cannot say enough good things about this young man and his service.
