Bad service Bad experience they say they drained our septic tank, but that was last month and is already full again and overflow

Duck Rooter was a big disappointment. They did not identify a septic issue when making repairs on a house we were purchasing even after completing a voluntary inspection (which we learned the hard way is not an inspection and they can not be held responsible). After service calls to address the same issues identified in the home inspection (which they supposedly repaired) I was told by one of their technicians that we were using too much toilet paper! About 5 minutes after stepping on our property another company immediately identified the issue as the septic system. Which now has to be replaced. Duck Rooter was a $14,000 mistake.

They were extremelly fast in their response even though it wasn't an emergency situation. They were efficient in their work and it was done correctlly. I would definitely use them again.

We have had semi emergency plumbing issues twice now and Duck Duck Rooter were the only company who could do the job in a timely manner. A little pricey in my opinion, but excellent quality work and we didn't have to wait to have the work done.

They did the job right. Took my lid off to get the entire tank! Previous company I hired, wouldnâ t do this. He sprayed the back of my tank and ran water to flush the tank as well! Would recommend!

Nice Customer Service and the technician was funny and kind and knows his stuff. The price was very reasonable. Keeping them on speed dial should I need help again.

William arrived within two hours of my initial request. He was very professional and did a great job. He quickly analyzed the situation and went to work immediately.

And they came out with a day had an hourly rate and since they were done super fast they actually fixed the secondary item for us

The problems that I had were that when I called one of the girls that answered the phone each time I called was EXTREMELY rude and put me on hold when I was still speaking. Then, when they finished the job I was told there would be a 3.75 SURCHARGE to pay with a CREDIT CARD which would have been almost $21.00 If they would have told me that I would have paid them in cash! The young man that came to do the work, after three previous guys were here, worked his butt off but unfortunately still had to make 3 trips to Ace and Home Depot for the right parts.
