Bad service Bad experience they say they drained our septic tank, but that was last month and is already full again and overflow

"We did in fact pump the septic tank at your property on January 30th 2023. The reason why your tank is full again is because your drain field is not accepting the water that is being using inside the house. You told us over the phone you have 5 people living inside the home. All of the water being using inside the home is flowing to your septic tank, which is only 900-gallons. Since the drain field is not operating and dispersing the water as it is designed to do, the septic tank will fill back up quickly."

Septic Tank - Clean or Pump Out
Duck Rooter was a big disappointment. They did not identify a septic issue when making repairs on a house we were purchasing even after completing a voluntary inspection (which we learned the hard way is not an inspection and they can not be held responsible). After service calls to address the same issues identified in the home inspection (which they supposedly repaired) I was told by one of their technicians that we were using too much toilet paper! About 5 minutes after stepping on our property another company immediately identified the issue as the septic system. Which now has to be replaced. Duck Rooter was a $14,000 mistake.

I wish Home Advisor would allow me to post a copy of the inspection report with all notes and pictures. All of our inspection paperwork states the property has an old, aging shell drain field. We clearly spelled out in the inspection report that the drain field had concerns due."

They did the job right. Took my lid off to get the entire tank! Previous company I hired, wouldnâ t do this. He sprayed the back of my tank and ran water to flush the tank as well! Would recommend!

The problems that I had were that when I called one of the girls that answered the phone each time I called was EXTREMELY rude and put me on hold when I was still speaking. Then, when they finished the job I was told there would be a 3.75 SURCHARGE to pay with a CREDIT CARD which would have been almost $21.00 If they would have told me that I would have paid them in cash! The young man that came to do the work, after three previous guys were here, worked his butt off but unfortunately still had to make 3 trips to Ace and Home Depot for the right parts.
