The only problem is there was an additional 35.00 charge involve that was not mention for installment at the time the price was quoted. The technician stated that there was a 35.00 fee charged for returning the old item under warranty. I had never heard of such charge and neither had the technician until he took the item back that was under warranty. Since I only had the 210.00 that he charge for installation, he suggested I pay the 35.00 at a later date when I was called to work. Thank you, Servicemagic"
