Robert showed up and within 5 minutes was able to find the issue, help explain it to me, replaced the part, and took extra time to inspect the rest of the unit. "After having another company tell me it was a Reverse Valve issue and pretty much said "good luck" as he left, I called Fenwick/Weychoff and they had a tech out by 9pm same day. The tech, Mark Wesley, not only fixed a simple issue and got my house cool that same day, but only charged me the base price for the service call. It ended up being an issue with the thermostat. Nothing wrong with the reverse valve. Thanks, Mark, and thanks, Angi, for recommending Fenwick/Weychoff! Respectful and honest. They've got my business from now on!"
