Less-than 7hrs, his field-technician (Jarod), was at-my-door bright in shine fixating on the problem, troubleshooting, as-well providing updates upon every tedious-step. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Our system was not cooling as efficiently as possible. During the service call the compressor blew. This really irritated me and I became suspicious. After doing some research symptoms of a compressor failure we’re actually present before we called for service. Company did the research on the equipment and found that the parts were under warranty. Returned next morning finished the job. Rates are competitive for our area. Will use them for spring check-up

The service was great. The service tech Jarod was so sweet and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and that I was happy.

I called David A Taylor Air conditioning to come look at my A/C and spoke to Jarod. He came right on time and even called ahead. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and found that my coil had a leak. He was able to get me a new coil and fix my A/C right away. Jarod was very professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them and Jarod.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days we have had this summer. We were able to get an appointment in only a few hours. Jarod was very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He returned the next day with a new part and repaired our unit in the pouring rain. We are very pleased with the service.

My unit went out during the weekend. I called David Taylor to see if someone could take a look and within an hour Jarod the technician was here trying to diagnose the problem. He tried so hard to get us running but after trying every single possible avenue and replacing several parts and it was still not working and was determined we should think about getting a new unit rather then investing more money on a 10 year old unit. David Taylor then called and explained what we were up against. We decided a new unit. He assured me I would have one Monday at 8am. And that is exactly what happened. Jarod was here at 8am monday and had my new unit installed in no time. Hearing that you need a new AC unit is not fun. But Dealing with this company and the owner and technicians and prompt outstanding service has made our experience feel like we chose the right company. I would give them 10 out of 10.
