4-7 Employees. No subs. Cost is determined by the job. Free estimates, pick up and delivery available. Full showroom of fabrics, including sunbrella, duralee, kravet, robert allen, greenhouse, fabricut, jf, norbar, vinyl, leather & suedes.

"BUYER BEWARE!!. 1st measurements were taken December 10th (work took 17 weeks). Cost was THEN $1022. I delivered chair and hassock for final measurements. I asked for back cushions with rounded tops to match the back of the chair. They remeasured and added another $18 for them. When I went to pick them up the back cushions were very large pillows that they said I ordered and measured (I didn't measure anything they did) the owner said he can fix the cushions the way I first requested and I should add buttons on them to make it look better. I agreed. Upon the next pick up the back cushions were shorter then he described they would be. and the edges were uneven (not rounded). The women explained because of the changes I wanted they didn't have enough material to perform the task. (why not inform me of this at the last meeting). Then they added another $168 to the bill. I had no choice except pay and retrieve my furniture and leave."

The fabric we ordered turned out to be no longer available so it took another 4-6 weeks to get the new fabric. When the panels were brought to the house, they were so wrinkled we had to send back to be pressed. Jay then had the audacity to charge us for steam pressing and an extra charge for them to be hung. Finally, he sent another invoice for an additional $1,200 which had already been paid. Turned out, they owed US money. Guess he expected us not to understand. Be very cautious - there are better places to do business in Naples."
