HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! ROBERT PALMA TOOK MY $8000 CASH DEPOSIT ON MAY5th AND WAS SUPPOSED TO INSTALL MY DOORS IN 3-5 WEEKS , THIS NEVER HAPPENED AND HE STOLE MY CASH DEPOSIT AND REFUSES TO REFUND ME !!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR IN MY LIFE . HE ALSO CANNOT PRODUCE THE PROPER LICENSE REQUIRED BY THE STATE AND CLAIMS HE WORKS UNDER SOMEONE ELSES LICENSE , PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME , YOU WILL BE SORRY . I AM NOW FORCES TO HIRE AN ATTOURNEY AND GO TO COURT TO GET MY MONEY BACK !!

I ordered 3 garage doors for over $23000 and was quoted in writing 3-5 weeks for the doors to be installed, Robert took my $8000 cash deposit and ran off with it , it been over 16 weeks now and nothing but lies from him and Crystal!!! Beware and DO NOT use this company or you will be sorry

This experience with an Angi recommended garage door company has been a nightmare. Within moments of me indicating a desire to find a reputable garage door company, Crystal with the Palma Group Garage doors was calling and texting. She was among 4 companies I had provide estimates and information about their products. I made a decision to go with the Palma Group primarily because of the allegation they would be providing a superior hurricane rated product for slightly less dollars than their competitors. The price I was quoted for the job was $2,545.34. Crystal quickly came to my house to pick up my check for the 50% down payment - $1,272.67. I was informed my garage door would be installed within 2 weeks. You will see on the several screenshots of texts that I have uploaded that communication became nearly and then completely non-existent as the weeks wore on. Initially I was told Robert, the owner of the company would be here on one date and after making sure I was here and the garage was empty for him it was a no-show. The first of many After calling and texting I was given another date... another no-show and then finally - July 16, 2025 Robert shows up but after looking at my garage he insisted I needed a special garage panel included in my door to allow any water that got into my garage to escape. He estimated it would be another $800 dollars for the upgraded panels. As I considered he went to his truck and 'made some calls' and told me I needed to pay $1,244 dollars that day so he could purchase the panels that were much more expensive than he thought. I have uploaded copies of both the June 2 and July 16 checks for a total of $2,516.67 . After taking the 2nd check, Robert told me he would return on the following Wednesday to do the install. Once again, he was a no show. I have called both Crystal and Robert numerous times with no answer and no ability to leave a message because both have mail boxes that 'are full'. I have sent numerous texts to both Crystal and Robert as you will note in the 10 screen shots I have uploaded. I have also uploaded two pages of the 'contract' that was provided on June 2. If, for some reason these uploads do not appear, I would expect you to reach out to me again (I noted the message that unless I get an error message during download they should be okay.) I am requesting a complete refund of the $2,516.67 already paid to these people and, I consider them in breach of our contract and will not be responsible for any outstanding monies to the Palma Group. Even if these people came back to me and wanted to make good on the contract, I could not expect their work, nor their product, to be as alleged. Again, I will 'attempt' to upload multiple document pages.

Crystal was prompt, efficient, and easy to work with on scheduling. I didn't personally talk to the installer, but they provided a picture of the competed project at the end (rental property so I wasn't there) Prices were competitive or less than other quotes I received. They got the job done the same day. Good experience overall.

Due to traffic, they were later than expected. Kept me informed via cell and adjusted garage door at no charge. Would hire again

Technician was very professional and fast. He checked all the equipment and advised that the motor should b replaced, due to its smaller size compared to weight of the door. So I chose 2hp motor over the 1.3hp to limit future problems.

Came on time, found and fixed all the door issues, good communication.

Rob did a great job. He was nit able to come when originally promised but when he got here he was good

Contacted me immediately. Had a aervice tech already working in our area. Was at our home within an hour. Tech was professional and courteous. Problem fixed in no time. Definitely recommend.

Weâ re very through and explained new opener

Rob was great, demonstrated new opener, cleaned up after himself.

They agreed to price match, but gave me an inferior motor. Found out after, as I was not present for actual install. Disappointed that they gave my a motor with less horsepower and a 5 year (instead of lifetime) warranty. Wish they had just said they would not price match.

Robert was excellent as our tech. We would use them again. They were great that they came the same day I needed them. The time frame they gave me was 12-2 pm which was great but I was nervous whether or not they were coming because Robert arrived at 7:15 pm and did a nice job.
