"John fully explained how my roof is soft washed. Right now there are still dark spots on my roof that apparently the cleaning agents are still working. He said that it would come cleaner after the first good rain. So I'm waiting on the first good rain. That is why I gave a 4 star for quality--I have to wait for rain. He cleaned my gutters out, so that is a plus."

"I've been using them forever.  They come monthly to treat the lawn for pesticides.  They only treat for termites once a year.  They can improve by staying on top of how to get rid of any type of occurring little critters that the customers my have.  I know they come out monthly but they need to know if a customer has been dealing with a certain type of insect without the customer having to deal with it.  They only do inside the home if the customer request it."
