He tried to save me money by suggesting I not replace the quarter inch round molding which I eventually did anyway, also at a fair price. His brother, Tim, and an employee, Sean, laid the floor. They came when they said. They got to my job within 2 weeks of the bid. They were punctual, professional, and worked quickly to get it all done. They were careful with all my possessions, and since I live in an HOA communmity were careful with where they parked so my neighbors were pleased. I am so happy with my new floor.
