He explained the differences in carpet construction and materials and left some samples so that I could see them in different lighting and times of the day to help my decision-making. Once the decision was made, he quoted a reasonable price, including pad and installation. From the time I ordered, it took the 2-3 weeks for delivery, as predicted. Installers arrived promptly and completed the job perfectly. Phone calls to the office were answered by a real person (!) and all inquiries were answered. The floors look and feel great!"

Mark's design expertise was appreciated on both counts. Mark and his crew, Dritan & Edward, were consistently professional, good communicators, great on follow-through and eager to satisfy our needs. I'm a stickler for details and Mark, Dritan & Edward were quite responsive to my needs but also detail-oriented themselves. Some materials (e.g. tile) were purchased as part of our contract and other materials (plumbing fixtures, vanity and countertop) were purchased by us so the approximate cost of service does not reflect full cost of the job which was about $27,000. We feel it the total cost was good value for the money and quite competitive in the marketplace."
