"Roger was extremely quick to respond to my emergency needs and took the time to explain the best, fastest way to get the resultant overflow water out of the carpet and quickly dry the carpets & padding. He had the correct tools and machines for the job and used them like a Pro. Best of all he was a local family owned business which I appreciated being able to give my business to. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and worked with me in a very chaotic environment to get me out of deep water! Roger was reasonable in what he charged me, quick to respond to my needs, and didn’t try to over sell me on other services. Will definitely hire again and recommend him to family and friends for any of the services he handles. It was really great to be able to do business with a local specialist who actually appreciates it!"

"am really reluctant to normally give recommendations in case something didn't work out for someone else but the service, quality and cost was so outstanding with Carpet Pros I just felt I needed to write a review. I got a number of bids before proceeding and Carpet Pros had the best price. Mike came out to measure immediately and then gave me an estimate verbally and in writing spelling out all the details. He left nothing to chance and made everything clear to avoid misunderstandings. He gave me over 5 references which I called . All the references were excellent and their company, family owned for over 54 years, does everything from simple jobs like a mobile unit to high end homes. HIs bid included the cost of moving my furniture, taking the toilet in and out, and of course, taking out the carpet, trashing it, and installing my vinyl laminate flooring. He brought the samples for me to see and gave me suggestions as to what would work. He tried to save me money by suggesting I not replace the quarter inch round molding which I eventually did anyway, also at a fair price. His brother, Tim, and an employee, Sean, laid the floor. They came when they said. They got to my job within 2 weeks of the bid. They were punctual, professional, and worked quickly to get it all done. They were careful with all my possessions, and since I live in an HOA communmity were careful with where they parked so my neighbors were pleased. I am so happy with my new floor. It is like I have a brand new house. The quality of this company and the way they conduct business is so remarkable. I wish all businesses worked so well."
