Very smoothly. Roger was able to work me in Monday afternoon because of a cancellation. They were here and gone within half an hour. Very professional and explained what they were going to do.

Roger has some serious equipment that works wonders. He got my Berber carpet cleaner than the big national brand ever did. And his steam equipment made quick work of the project - done in 1/2 an hour. I'm so glad I found him.

As an owner of multiple customer-centric businesses, I do my best to avoid leaving bad reviews. In this case I gave the owner, Roger multiple opportunities to make things right, in which he did not. I had Roger and his company carpet clean a whole house for me. He changed the agreed upon price on me right in the beginning saying it was a bigger job then expected, although this was off-putting I agreed on the higher price. I also gave Roger a 10% tip before he started the job to help a fellow business owner and also to ensure a good job. I visited the house the next day after the carpet was dry and noticed there were various yellow/orange SPOTS. I immediately asked Roger what these spots were and he went into full DEFENSE mode mentioning he has the best equipment and that those are PERMANENT stains and there's nothing he can do about it. Very poor customer service and making sure me, the customer, was happy. After researching these spots I found that these spots can happen with carpet cleaning and it is called "wicking" I was able to get these wicking spots removed at my cost. Its funny because he said they were PERMANENT STAINS which at the end of it, he just told me this so he didn't have to come back to fix and make his customer happy, this saddens me greatly.

Very well done. Liked that the carpet was only slightly damp when they left because of the powerful vacuum they used. Got some really tough stains out that I thought would never come out. Even cleaned the throw rugs in the kitchen and by the door. Recommended them to friends.

Roger was extremely quick to respond to my emergency needs and took the time to explain the best, fastest way to get the resultant overflow water out of the carpet and quickly dry the carpets & padding. He had the correct tools and machines for the job and used them like a Pro. Best of all he was a local family owned business which I appreciated being able to give my business to. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and worked with me in a very chaotic environment to get me out of deep water! Roger was reasonable in what he charged me, quick to respond to my needs, and didn’t try to over sell me on other services. Will definitely hire again and recommend him to family and friends for any of the services he handles. It was really great to be able to do business with a local specialist who actually appreciates it!

Im so happy Roger was able to help us out. I had scheduled another carpet cleaner through angles list, but they did not show up! I had moved all the furniture and scheduled a day off work. I went down the list calling other companies provided by Angie's . Roger answered his phone and worked with me to get the job done that day. My carpet is old and i have it cleaned annually..( I have pets). I can't believe how clean he got the carpet, and sofa! I was surprised to see some old stains disappear. Roger was knowledgeable, efficient ,& very professional. I discovered that it was actually his birthday and he had put some things on hold in order to help me out!. Wow! Excellent service...everyone should know about this company! Ill spread the word :)

I had 800 sq. ft. of badly stained carpet. Very stained! Dynamic Steam responded with a quote within minutes of my post with a price way below everyone else. He arrived on time with all the equipment in the truck. Only the hose entered my space. It was quiet and smelled fresh as he cleaned. He was respectful of my equipment and furniture. I was never inconvenienced in my work as he cleaned. It took about and hour from the time he entered until I paid him and he left. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. As he worked I felt like I was watching a TV commercial for carpet cleaning. The difference was that much of a contrast. The hot steam used in the process dried very quickly. Dynamic Steam did a wonderful job on my carpet. I highly recommend this company.

Was here just ahead of the time he had promised, and was a miracle worker and able to get up stains we didn’t know were able to come out. Was in and out in about 30 minutes

Very well - We have used Roger several times over the years to clean our carpet and furniture.

Was happy from the start when they did not cringe at seeing the current state of our carpet. It took longer than expected but they stayed until it was done at the original cost. They adjusted their ingredients to my wife's allergies and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Will use them to clean the rest of the house soon.

Roger was very helpful after we had a flood. He delivered fans and a dehumidifier. he later did a beautiful job cleaning our carpet and travertine flooring.

The service was great. Roger was on time, friendly and efficient. We're about to put our house on the market and need it to look amazing. The family room carpet had some stains due to remodeling last year that we were worried could not be removed. Not only did Roger get the stains out, the entire room looks great. He was in and out quickly, however the quality of what he did was extremely good.

Roger did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in our house before we listed it on the market! The carpet had many spots that needed treating, plus the stairs were a stain nightmare. He cleaned it all beautifully! We are looking to hire him again to clean our condo and RV ;) P.S. Love the lemon scent!!

I have never had a better experience with a provider.  Roger Townsend arrived on time and was very professional.  He took photos of "before" and "after" to show us just what he did.  I thought the sofa was barely soiled.  Boy was I wrong.  I could not believe how dirty the sofa was.  I will definitely use his services again.

Roger did a phenomenal job. Our sofa, in particular, looks brand new. We didn't realize how bad it had gotten until we saw the results after he was done.

It went great.  He came when he said he was going to, cleaned the carpets in about an hour (three small bedrooms cleaning around the furniture) and did a great job.
