The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. It was a big job, so we wanted to be sure it was handled by a professional and experienced team. We couldn't be more pleased! Erik Swenson is the owner. He has many years of experience and does the work himself. His partner Nicollet does the sealing of the pavers. He didn't just wash the pavers and seal them, he also filled in the cracks between the pavers with sand to ensure their stability. There are companies out there that would do an okay job, but this one does it right! Erik was so thorough he even did touch up painting to areas on our house to give it that new home look.
