The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! He has many years of experience and does the work himself. His partner Nicollet does the sealing of the pavers. He didn't just wash the pavers and seal them, he also filled in the cracks between the pavers with sand to ensure their stability.
