Two and a half years, yes, two and a half years to finally complete a simple roof job with no visible leaks! Two and a half years of water intrusion leading to damaged ceilings, walls and buckled floors. Not to mention visible mold! Two and half years of finger pointing, playing the blame game and sending clueless workmen to ?finally fix the problem.? What a disgraceful business model! We called and called about water intrusion every time it rained. It was so easy for Pamela to blame another contractor. After multiple attempts and finally reminding the owner the work was guaranteed she sent someone who finally fixed it. When I called Pamela, the owner to discuss the damage her company caused I was told to sue her and she hung up on me. She's the one who employed folks that didn't know what they were doing this is clearly evident by the photos (cut flashing and open seams around legs of AC stand from improper sealant). Poor customer service when the going gets tough she hangs up!!!

Pamela is a theft and a liar. I am l would never recommend using them. Pamela took my 10% deposit and didn't have the building materials or employees to do my roof replacement. I signed my contract 2/10 permit was issued 3/9 every week she gave me excuses why the job was delayed her crew was in Texas. She refused to give a refund of 1500.00 deposit minus permit and engineer. I found another roofing company who did my job within 2 days I'm a licensed realtor do not use this company.

Extremely pleased with our new roof. We reached out to Roofing Reina the morning after Ian blew through Cape Coral. She and her team arrived that afternoon and completely protected the roof with tarps. Our entire experience from the first contact all the way through has been seamless and stress free. She shows up when she says. Communication was excellent. Options of roofing materials were plenty and in stock. The roof looks absolutely amazing! On her recommendation we worked with Elvis with Pitbull Claim Adjusters. He worked very hard to get us a proper settlement with the insurance company. Definitely give him a call to work through any insurance claims!
