The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! "We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. Their repair estimate was reasonable (other contractors insisted on replacing roof on screen room or house). We hired them and the crew showed up in a few days and repaired the roof. It rained hard since then and no more leaks! When it is time to replace our roof we will be calling Gier Roofing to do the job. We will also be hiring them to install gutter on the screen room as they are only ones who provided a viable solution."
