Excellent work done on time at a great price .

I used this **pro** for a roof repair. The shingles used were not even in the same color-way of my roof. A variegated gray-red does not match the warm light brown of the existing roof. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed when I got home. As a *professional* it would have been better to Inform this homeowner that they either could not match the shingles (at all-not even close) or show this homeowner the shingles before they started the job. Now, I will have to pay someone to reroof the patch job with the correct or at least a shingle color thats closer to the rest of my roof. He did an excellent job receiving my money and was equally slick at using COVID and the supply chain as his excuse..

They were very cooperative and professional. They did the job very quickly and cleaned up after.

I had some leaks I guess and had repaired. The only thing is that it has not rained yet so I will have to wait to make sure that all was taken care of. Charles sure did seem to do a great job though. So I hope that its just me being a bit nervous. I e as so impressed at how fast he showed up to have a look at the job. He was here and hired before anyone else even called me. Very impressive. Good price I feel was fair. Very pleasant interaction.

Easy going and affordable!

Quick to respond and do the work, but slow enough to insure that work is completed expertly. Offers suggestions for future problems. Very polite, kind and efficient. Will hire and recommend them fairly in the future.

very quick response .....work was done same day.....very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable ......recommended repairing the existing roofing instead of automatic wanting to start replacing or partial replacement of the roof ....which is what we were hoping for......price seemed reasonable ....we'll see how long it last ...even a few years will be worth the time/money/effort........hoping for the best...

They gave me a reasonable bid for the project and did the work right then! They also did not do what I thought needed to be done (probably a more expensive solution) but got up on the roof and actually found the problem that needed fixing. They were excellent.
