"Every single step of this experience exceeded my expectations. My salesman Anthony was so genuine and professional... I loved that it's a family run business with no subcontractors. The installers were two young men who got right to work and did a great job installing the new awning and teaching me how to use the remote control and manual aspects. I honestly could not be more pleased. Everything about this purchase exceeded my expectations. "They gave us a price. They showed us the fabrics and gave us an idea as to what would work in our yard. They did not charge us anything to come out and take measurements. They quoted $3100 for the whole metal structure, the awning and the umbrella fabric. It is a 20 feet long and 8 feet deep awning that will be connected to the house. It is a big awning. This was the first time that we used this company. They were very nice and polite. The owner of the company came out to give a quote. It did not require a down payment. We will consider using this company in the future."
