"Actually, for the situation, I would say great. Listen, this was a challenging, emotional time for a lot of folks so it is important to keep things in perspective. Understanding the logistical challenges King faced and to able to keep relatively close to the original schedule was amazing. Even though the schedule was about a week behind (still amazing) his guys worked sun up to well passed sun down, through the weekend, and through cold and rainy whether. Hats off to his field crews as they were always polite, courteous, and respectful to leave things better then they were when they started (i.e. picking up loose debris and materials from the yard even if it wasn't theirs)."

The job was excellent and it was about $7k less than competitors. I was very happy. The only mishap was that I stepped on a nail on the second day they were here. I realize that debris is everywhere, but think they should clear pathways regularly as I was in and out of the house that day."

I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."
