They gave me a quote, and we set an install date for two weeks out. The day before the install, I verified with them that I was still on their schedule. Eric texted me that morning letting me know he was on his way. I had a semi circle window about our front door entrance that needed tinting, plus my double wide window in my upstairs office. He did both. He was fast and efficient."

Our bathroom turned out magnificently with an extra-large walk-in white and gray shower, off-set by beautiful hand-crafted gray bathroom cabinets. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen, Schoeman Construction was the only contractor we considered. We knew we would receive the highest quality workmanship from a dependable, family-owned, trustworthy company. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel, we were updated on the work completed that day, provided projected plans for the following day, and given time for questions and answers. Based on their many years of experience, Hennie and sons Abel and Hennie Jr., had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I was reluctant to give up my tiered countertop for a flat countertop. Hennie Sr. discussed the differences in appearance, size, and functionality between the tiered and flat designs. I was so happy that I chose the flat countertop. It gave me more counter space, enhanced the kitchen size, and accentuated the entire kitchen. Our kitchen had a small, odd shaped area that we were at a loss on how to adapt to our new kitchen. I had to accelerate my plan to replace my old roof early this (2021 year) when it started to leak during the storm in November. I had planned to ask Dynamic Roofing Concepts to carry out that routine replacement because the company had replaced a flat roof for me in 2019 and did a splendid job, and I’d contacted the company and received an estimate and very helpful explanation about my options from Joshua. When the roof started to leak, I emailed Joshua in a panic, and he helpfully replied and set things in motion to move the job up on the calendar. Responding to me during the storm was above and beyond any routine service commitment. The job was scheduled soon after my call. (I got someone to put a tarp over the leak in the meantime.) The workers arrived as planned as did the person delivering the materials and everything was efficiently unloaded and work proceeded systematically. My request that they not play radios was honored. All the old materials were put in a dumpster in the driveway, and before they left, the workers cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard. They did not damage a single plant. Someone collected the dumpster in less than two days. The roofing installation actually was finished in one day. It passed the county’s inspection on the first visit. Dynamic Roofing Concepts offered me warranty options and arranged for an independent company to do a Wind Mitigation inspection and send me a report for my insurance company. When I had questions about these matters, owner Colin Clark always answered my email messages and phone calls and provided helpful answers. I could not have asked for a better experience with this roof replacement."

Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work.
