NON RESPONSIVE TO REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTATION AND PAPERWORK

A couple of delays due to weather but when they got started, it was was completed in about 4 days without any issues. Alphonso and his team did a great job. He returned a week later after I add the seven solar panels' reinstalled. He checked to insure the panels were attached to the roof correctly as not to cause any leaks.

First things first. When Alphonso came by, he actually took the time to REALLY look and find out what my problem was. He was the only estimator that seemed concerned with it when everyone else tried to push a new roof. He pointed out exactly what and where the water leaks where coming from and inspected all aspects of the issue. He then explained how his guys would fix it and how I did not need a new roof. The job consisted of two solid weeks of repairing the joints where my roof but up against my house, replacing broken tile and waterproofing three large balconies. I waited until a rain storm to post this review and everything is perfect! I haven't seen any water leaks as of today and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these guys because not only was the price fair, the quality and attention to detail was superior. I wish I called best roof before wasting my time with other companies trying to rip me off.

On June 26, 2013, I agreed to have them do the work .  They completed and were paid on July 24th, 2013. All of the work appears very professional (I took many pictures while in progress).  There was a minor issue that the two largest vents on the roof were left with small dents in them.  Otherwise, no complaints on workmanship or materials used.  They also completed a Wind Mitigation Form and provided the pictures. They did a good job of replacing bad wood.  It took longer to complete than expected but there were many rain days during this period which was out of their control.  The work around our chimney was, I believe, better than any of the competition since they provided break/replace stucco work around the bottom walls so that it could be sealed properly with correct materials.  I recommend them for best price and solid workmanship.

Started one week from my go ahead. Crew arrived each of two days at 8 am and worked until 5:30 both days. Site cleaned up completely. At very professional.
