"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. In the case of the renovation of our den, the tradesman that was used was Tommy Ealum, subcontractor for David Meyer Builder, Inc. Tommy Ealum and his crew did a fabulous job repairing the room and went over and above what was expected, with attention to detail. After roof damage by an EF0 tornado was repaired, a contractor was needed to repair the den, the room under that roof. David Meyer Builder, Inc. was selected from Angie's List . His proposal was submitted on May 3, 2018. Repairs were started four days later and finished on the date specified. The team was very professional and skilled in workmanship. The den now has a much better appearance with corrections on the walls, window areas, and ceiling. We would highly recommend David and his team to anyone who needs this type of contractor. The contracted price was more than we expected to pay for these repairs, but with the extra efforts of Tommy Ealum, we feel that we received a very fair deal."
