Kitchen and bath did a marvelous remodel job on our two baths and our kitchen. The most amazing aspect was that they did it all while we were gone on a short vacation! We picked everything out before we left, and when we returned, everything was complete and finished to perfection, down to the correct pattern of the tile installation which I had only described to them before we left. Later, at their suggestion, we had them return to take down two walls to open up the dining area. That has made a world of difference. They basically turned an old house into a new house.

We ordered a counter top and it came in flawed and was installed this way. They attempted 3 times to fix the issue with no resolve. I called several times for the manager of this store to reach out to me and was told twice he was in meetings and the lady said she sent him an email each time. After 6 months, we still haven't heard from the store - nothing! I am appalled they do business this way and treat their customers like this.

Upon final installation we were unable to satisfy the customer and we refunded 100% of her money and left the material so she would have a countertop until something else could be done. It was almost perfect. There was a slight problem with the tub spout leaking, which was not the fault of Kitchen and Bath. They came back out when the problem was discovered and was able to order a new spout and install that without any more issues.

I was fairly satisfied with them. They had some delays. It took them a couple days longer than they said. Things happen. They did do good work. It wasn't a complete remodel. They tore our garden tub out and put in a shower. They redid the sinks and plumbing fixtures. One of the delays is that they ordered the wrong sinks. So that threw us a snag. The quality of service was very good! I'd give them a B++. They were extremely polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent service. Salesman was low pressure and a very nice guy. Installers were courteous and extra-orindinarily helpful. Will use anytime for any service they provide. Can't speak highly enough of them.

The entire Kitchen & Bath Center team provided service above and beyond expectations. Mr Adam Watkins is a very smart and intuitive design/sales representative who knows the meaning of customer service. Adam and his wife provided great service and communications from the start of our request for quote to the completion of the work. In addition, the installation team, Jason, Billy, and Scott are skilled craftsmen which shows in the finished product. It's refreshing to find a team that is so dedicated to pleasing the customer from start to finish. Best wishes to the team and thanks so much for a great job on our new kitchen!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have the largest selection of granite from what I have seen and I looked from Panama City to Gulf Breeze. The sales person I dealt with gave me great advice from all of his experience in the business. The quality of the work was excellent both times I dealt with them. I was suprised and thrilled at the low cost. I receive many compliments on my countertops from everyone who has entered my home. I highly recommend this company.

I was not too impressed with this company. The sales people were OK. However, I had some issues with the work performed. The contractors wanted to come in at a time that was more convenietn to them than to myself. Once they were in, I caught them trying to cut corners: Underneath the countertops, bits of wood are supposed to be installed (builder). At some point in the process, the topic of these bits of wood were brought up. I was asked if I needed them installed. My answer was a resounding "YES"!! After this verbal confirmation, when I inspected the completed work, I found that they had not installed the builders. When I pointed this out, the response I received was to the effect of " sure, if you want, we can do that" ! Not only are these builders an integral part of the installation, I had specifically asked for them. Unacceptable. I would not work with this company again.

Tear out of old countertops/vanities and installation of new was done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. One vanity mirror was damaged, which the crew had told me might happen because of the odd configuration of our vanities, but the crew had it replaced the same day with no extra cost. All the plumbing hookups were done the same day, too, and this was included in the original quote. The overall price was reasonable, and the service (from the original estimate to the installation) was excellent. I will use this company again.

We weren't terribly happy with them. We looked at different companies and they had the best options and the most variety. The work that they did was great, the work that the subcontractors was great. I wasn't a fan of dealing with Kitchen & Bath in general. They weren't on time. The project took twice as long as they had stated. The contractors they used were great but I didn't like the office people and the main guy that directed everyone.

went very well. Our sales person Kevin Carr kept us informed through out and they did what they promised. It was a great experience for us and we are thrilled with the workmanship of the new bathroom. Their installers were very conscientious and did a great job. We will definitely use them again. Our daughter in the Chicago area wants to remodel their kitchen and unfortunately Kitchen and Bath Center does not have a store in the Chicago area. If they did they would have the job!Ft
