"I called Ron from Certified Plumbing and he came out to our condo to assess the job and give an estimate on replacing our old 22 year old 40 gallon Rheem hot water heater. We accepted the estimate and he called the next week after obtaining a permit and came that Thursday. He called when he was here and started draining the tank. His assistant, Joe, came and they went to work removing the old tank and a prefilter to an existing whole condo water filter. Then they installed the new Rheem 50 gallon tank Ron recommended. It was a tight fit, but Ron made it work. They put in new plumbing and Ron even installed new on/off valves to the water filter. Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly and professional and helpful. We are very happy with Ron’s work and will definitely recommend him and use him in the future."

"Joe replaced the faucet in a difficult to reach corner sink. As for the shut off valve he freed it and said he did not recommend that any work was needed on it. He then took measurements for some bathroom remodeling for a quote. His work was good, his price fair and he was Joe from Philadelphia like me!"

The service technician, a very pleasant young man was on time & happily agreed to keep the 6 foot distance & precautions due to the coronavirus outbreak. He only walked thru my house one time & conducted all the work at the outside clean-out & left by the side yard to avoid personal contact. He had me flush all the drains & commodes to make sure everything was running before he left. He gave me some advice about keeping drains clear. The job was completed in about 30 minutes. That is until later-this townhouse in FL is not a home I am in very often-our daughter lives there full time-but isnt.Ms Handy. Later I went to do dishes and discovered that the sink has separated from the granite and has a large open gap on the same side where they just replaced the drain. They did NOT cause this problem however they did not bring it to my attention either and my discovery was to late in my visit to do anything about it -so I must return again.They knew I was there to wait on repairmen to fix the house issues (AC and electrician were also coming)-I dont know if they thought I would ask them to fix it and they didn't want to but I can not believe they didn't notice it.
