Yesterday Buck was willing to come to my house when I called him in the evening but the quality of his work and customer service sense didnt match. He said he did what he could to see where the clog was, which was going on the roof and using a snake to see where the clog was. He found nothing, claimed it was the city drainage. This morning the city determined it was NOT a city issue. I called a different professional this morning and he took care of the problem. He unclogged the drain the way its supposed to be done--not from the roof! He found the location of the pipes in the ground that were clogged and fixed the problem by removing the offending items. I asked Butch for a refund but he refused and recited a list of the good things he did do like come out right away and that he could have charged me his usual fee of $200 plus. Not good enough. You dont do the job, you shouldnt get paid. So I decided to write a well-deserved review. Never again will I use Volusia Drain.

On the 3rd of August 2020 you came out to unclog my toilet, I thought you did cause you told me that the city line needs to be cleared, I call the city and they came out and clear their part although nothing was there to be clear. After using the bathroom and everything starting overflowing all over the floor, I call and text you so you could do a better job cause I already pay you $220.00 and it only fair that you fixed the problems or refund my money. I had no other choice but to hire someone else, I only have one bathroom so take that into consideration. you are an unfair person you do not just go around taking people's money that they work so hard for. Please refund my money. I will never ever use your service again.

I had an emergency where a sewage smell was coming from the drain pipe in my bathroom. Buckie came within an hour of me talking to him and uncovered the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up everything. Great guy. I’ll use Volusia Drain for anything my pipes throw at me.
