The service technician, a very pleasant young man was on time & happily agreed to keep the 6 foot distance & precautions due to the coronavirus outbreak. He only walked thru my house one time & conducted all the work at the outside clean-out & left by the side yard to avoid personal contact. He had me flush all the drains & commodes to make sure everything was running before he left. He gave me some advice about keeping drains clear. The job was completed in about 30 minutes. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

"CFS sent out a crew, a day earlier than expected...a giant plus. The 2 man crew (it was a small project), arrived and explained what they would be doing and then went straight to work. After completion of the work, the crew cleaned up the worksite area and then explained again what they had done, how long to let it cure before painting and even suggested a quality paint. Cleaning up afterwards is a giant plus. The 2 man crew were friendly, polite and professional and down to earth with their explanations. The final plus with Central Florida Stucco was that they gave me a military discount."

"I called on Progressive Pump to come out and get my pump running. Tom showed up and immediately began troubleshooting the system, found the problem and performed the necessary repair. Also, a pipe connecting the pump to the water tank came loose from when Justin had come last time and reconfigured the hook up. Guess it needed the "Tom touch" to tighten it up and make it effective again! Tom also moved a sprinkler line for me that was too close to the property line and set it in a more favorable spot. Tom also took the time to refill the water tank adding in all the chemicals that improve the lawn care. Those are helpful "little things" that this company does that they aren't required to do. It makes all the difference in the customer service experience. All is working again and I couldn't have beaten the price with anyone.
