Then he snake drained under the toilet NOT through the toilet which scratches the toilets porcelin. He was professional, respectful of your property, and cleaned up after the work was done. He is willing to patch and paint if need. I can’t say how much I appreciate that he resolved our problem. Lastly, the price was amazingly reasonable for the amount of work he did. The toilet had to be pulled, the ring replaced, and everything reset and sealed properly. They also checked the surrounding pipes to make sure there were no other issues. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and they took the time to explain what was going on. Everything has been solid since. I would hire them again."
