"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! We now do complete service work such as supply and install heaters, install fixtures and repair fixtures for bathroom and kitchen.

"Called GANZ about a 2 inch PVC pipe (for sink venting) between the 1st and 2nd floor dripping water when raining. * Tech came and examined all other possibilities such as toilets and roofs. Then cut drywall to examine further. * Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested. * Tech was punctual, polite, and clean."

"Travis was amazing! I called Travis yesterday in the evening and he took my call after 7pm since my washing machine stopped working. He came today and brought the drain pump with him based on the error codes on the washing machine. He took the machine apart and the drain trap had 2 kids socks jammed in there which caused the washer not to work. The part he brought with him was not needed and he only charged me for the service appointment. I also had Travis look at my Refrigerator/Freezer ice maker since it wasn’t pushing ice out of the machine. He was able to fix this issue in 10 minutes. I would 100% recommend Travis for any appliance related issue and will be referring him to all of my contacts.
