"The Mayor rep stunned me with his honesty. Based on gurgling noise when I flushed my toilets I was sure I had blockage in my sewer lines. "NSTALLER WAS POLITE. DIDN'T ADD TO MY FRUSTRATION AFTER I EXPLAINED WHAT I HAD DONE TO THE TOILET HE WAS REMOVING. I HAD CRACKED THE TOILET BY FAILING TO SHIM IT PROPERLY AND OVER TIGHTENING THE HOLD DOWN NUTS. HE SAID I HAD DONE EVERYTHING RIGHT BUT THAT. SO A $250.00 TOILET TURNED INTO A $750.00 TOILET.
