"The Mayor rep stunned me with his honesty. Based on gurgling noise when I flushed my toilets I was sure I had blockage in my sewer lines. Paul took time to flush multiple times in both toilets to fill up the lines then ended up assuring me that the noise was normal. Hundreds not spent unnecessarily.
