"I had a Lenovo computer that had a bad charging jack, and got it picked up by Priority 1 at my house. i knew from watching a You Tube video that my computer was particularly difficult as regards to this matter as the entire thing had to be taken apart. While it was apart, I asked Rick to install a new SSD, and let me tell you, not only did they do a fantastic job of repairing the jack, they also took all the time they needed to make sure the computer ran smoothly with no issues, and this thing runs like greased lightning! "I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. "Javed was polite, courteous, and a technical genius. He's very perceptive, works at the speed of light and discovered many small software issues which taken together were causing numerous larger problems. My computer had also begun began warning me of imminent failure of the SSD awhile ago. He remotely fixed the software issues, and then came to my home to check for hardware problems. After diagnostic testing he agreed the SSD was on the verge of collapse. He immediately used an external drive to clone everything as a backup. I bought a replacement SSD and called him when it arrived 2 days later. He came back, replaced the drive and tested to insure all functions were operating properly, reinstalled all from the backup. He also made more improvements in software usage. He spent several hours in total and charged far less than I anticipated. Certainly recommend him as first choice for any computer repairs."
