"I can not be more impressed by Kevin’s expertise and professionalism. In my backyard, he built a large wooden deck around a large tree. It has a rooftop with railing that is also going to be used for entertaining. The posts have footers and the hardware is super strong. Aesthetically perfect and there is no Hurricane that can knock it down! He carried the 10 ft. wooden planks and very heavy posts and set it all in place on his own. Highly skilled, conscientious, respectful and good-hearted— the very best I’ve worked with in south Florida, where true CRAFTSMANSHIP AND RELIABILITY are truly hard to find!"

"Angelo was hired to repair/replace drywall damage from a re-piping. His skills and service are truly impeccable, went above and beyond to help me put my house back together and the job is so well done you can't tell the walls and ceiling were patched. Angelo is also a very honest and genuine person, I would hire him again and intend to have him do some work on my mother's house."

"I am thrilled about the outcome of the two projects that were done. Due to sun damage on my wooden floor needed to be partially replaced. It was done so well that you can’t tell anything was done. I also had an iron antique bed restored removing rust and bringing the bed back to the original luster. I was so happy with the work that I urge you to hire them. Delightful to work with too"

"The project went very smoothly. Jerry and his partner are highly trained and very professional. They are meticulous, clean, friendly, and very fair with pricing. I would highly recommend."

"I can highly recommend Craftman Ventura Group. He was on time everyday, kept a clean workspace and helped us to get the project done in a timely manner taking into account all the various details we requested."

"I needed my cabinets reinforced and repaired to support new granite countertops. The quality of work was top-notch. Maurius works very quickly with great precision and is very transparent about the whole process. You can tell he takes pride in his work."

"I live out of state and had an investment property that i needed to sell.  Originally I called a couple of my contractor friends to quote/perform the jobs and they left me stranded.  I turned to Angie's list I found Sead here on Angie's list because of his #1 ranking and called him for a quote.  He responded immediately, arranged to quote the job the next day, visited the job site and gave me a fair quote and time frame to complete the job.  Once i was ready to commence, I called him during the Christmas Holidays and he managed to start work within a day or two of my call.  Upon inspection by the city, it was determined i needed additional work to get the home compliant to sell, I called Sead again and he was able to quote and commence the job immediately thereafter.
Thanks to his professionalism, and quality of his work, the house passed certification and i was able to get it sold.
Sead solved the problems i've been dreading for the last 10yrs.  Thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship.
