Stewart arranged for 3 samples to of the carpet to be shipped from Mohawk Carpet so that we could see the color in our home. We had a few companies come to our home to give us quotes and found them to be very high pressure salesmen. Stewart by njo meas was a high pressure salesman. He gave us by far the best prices and was able to schedule my install on the day that we requested. Floor Designs team of installers were also professional, neat and fast. "Our ground level cement floor in the living area and laundry was exposed when we had to remove the vinyl flooring after flooding issue . We discovered cracks as well as a very high moisture level even after four months of drying..We spoke with two other contractors that told us that there system would not work due to the moisture level then we met with Randy the owner of Floor Groomers. Randy discussed our situation with his suppliers technical people and put together a plan and cost associated with the work. The project was completed on schedule and on budget and we cannot say enough about how patient and responsive Randy has been throughout the entire job.
