VERY poor communication. I was NEVER called and told that something wasn't being done - I found out when I got home and learned no one had showed up to finish work committed to and called to get information. Not good at clean-up."

"Mike at S & M flooring installed vinyl plank flooring in 2021 at my 2 bedroom home in Seminole , Fl. In 9 months , an edge broke off and I called S & M flooring and asked for Mike. No return call . I continued to call and still no answer . I have left over 16 messages with no response. Now there are six planks with edge damage ( shown below) and I tried calling again and was happy when Mike finally answered. I told him that I?d been calling him for years with no response . I told him what was going on and he asked for pictures . I sent him the pictures and told him there were plenty of left over planks from his installation. He said he would fit me in to his schedule. Today I got and estimate of $900.00 and a ?discount? of $400.00 I wrote him about his guarantee as I had asked him within the first year to come look at, which he never responded. I mentioned that I would be glad to pay something for replacing the 6 planks but $500 seemed high . Again , no response. Go elsewhere, "
