"Mike, the owner, was upfront, professional, and customer service driven. We scheduled my move 3 weeks out and he called a few days before the move to make sure it was a go still. The day of the move the owners son and 2 other gentlemen showed up; before I was done even signing my name the men had started to load the truck.
