"I called for a quote on building closet shelving and pole hanger. Sean, came the same day with a quote. He informed me that it may be a month or so before he can take on project. I told him not a problem, I was in no rush. I hired him for the job. A week later he called and said that he could squeeze me in the next week (it was a small project).
