I can’t say enough good things about Charles and his team at Fio. We had a long list of items we needed done after the storms destroyed our home in 2024. We first reached out to Charles to talk about doing some trim work, soon after talking to him we determined we wanted him to take on a bigger chunk of the project. His price was far more competitive than other quotes we got and he’s work was phenomenal. We lucked out finding him and I have full confidence in recommending him to you.

Exceeded my expectations. Very professional and extremely talented. Able to listen to my vision and make it better than I could have imagined. The cabinets may have been pre-made but he had to custom build everything to tie into the rest of my house and even add them same trim and finishes to make it look like it was original to the home. The stained top was his idea and I love it.

After Hurricane Helene all our doors, baseboard and trim had to be replaced. Because of that I asked him if we could do a nicer trim detail than what was there before. It was not an issue and it looked fantastic. He also built and installed a mantel for my fireplace.

Charles and Fio Builder did an outstanding job renovating my laundry room and painting the interior of my home. His vision, prompt response and attention to detail was very refreshing

Charles of FIO Building Co. did some absolutely amazing work for us. He totally rebuilt our 50-year-old, creaky stairs. We hired a couple of other ‘handy men’ prior to him but ended up sending both of them away because their work was the quality you’d expect for a property that someone was going to flip instead of live in for the rest of your life. He uncovered an unanticipated problem with the stringers in the midst of the project and was able to implement a solution and keep everything on track. His attention to detail and communication during the project makes him someone we’d like to hire again for our future projects. Charles is truly a skilled carpenter craftsman, and it shows in his attention to detail in his work. We now have the beautiful, solid stairs that we envisioned from the beginning.

Very very impressed with the custom work. The install was quick and easy and Charles did a fantastic job leaving the worksite SPOTLESS! Very reasonably priced and a true master of his craft! I woods highly recommend!
