The receptionist was rude and cut me off while I (the customer) attempted to explain the miscommunication. This escalated to the owner (who was even more rude) calling me and being aggressive with me. He cut me off and berated me while not allowing me to speak. I had to continuously ask to just pay the invoice to get off the phone with him. All of this stemmed from a miscommunication on their side. To make someone pay when you have the recorded call of us agreeing to a free estimate only, is disgusting. "
