"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything! "We had trouble finding a contractor to come look at the project let alone give a good quote. Eric and Mike came out, told me exactly what they would do, and we sealed the deal with a handshake. Eric did send a formal quote for exactly what he said but ended up doing a little more at no additional charge. They did find more damage that what we had intended, but he called me, told me what the issue was, and how much it was going to cost. For that additional unexpected work, he charged me for materials only. Fair and honest. Very rare here in South Florida. They were very conscientious about keeping the work are clean, and made sure the job site was spotless every day at the end of the day. The work they did was outstanding and we are very happy with the end result."

"We feel like we won the lottery finding general contractor Billy Shapiro of SBS of South Florida to handle our shower remodel. We knew there was a leak, but didn't know where or how serious. Billy came out right away to evaluate the situation and come up with an initial plan at a fair estimate to repair the problem, knowing it could be more extensive. He was right. When his team began removing tile they discovered the leak had caused major damage and ended up demoing, rebuilding and retiling the shower. Billy's team is second to none -- they are skilled craftsman who do top quality exceptional work, pay meticulous attention to detail, are prompt and reliable, and leave the job site organized and clean at the end of each day.
