Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. "We had trouble finding a contractor to come look at the project let alone give a good quote. Eric and Mike came out, told me exactly what they would do, and we sealed the deal with a handshake. Eric did send a formal quote for exactly what he said but ended up doing a little more at no additional charge. They did find more damage that what we had intended, but he called me, told me what the issue was, and how much it was going to cost. For that additional unexpected work, he charged me for materials only. Fair and honest. Very rare here in South Florida. They were very conscientious about keeping the work are clean, and made sure the job site was spotless every day at the end of the day. The work they did was outstanding and we are very happy with the end result."
