"These comments are grossly inaccurate on so many levels and do not nearly represent the facts. Mr. [Member Name Removed] and his wife are upset because they refused to pay or were unable to pay the almost $7000 outstanding balance upon completion of the job. We were very patient and waited several weeks. When it became evident that they had no intention of paying we were forced to retain legal help to collect our money. The very same day that they received the letter from our legal department they immediately paid us in full. It is only then that they began a smear campaign against our company. I have met with Mr. [Member Name Removed] and offered to repair or replace the ONE area of concrete that he found fault with. He refused. In fact, a crew turned up to his home the very next day to repair it and he refused to let them on his property. So, we have tried to make good on this one small area. Mr. [Member Name Removed] has, when we last checked, reviewed 10 companies on Google and of the 10 companies that he reviewed he gave 7 of them a one star rating. Contractors beware of this gentleman and his wife. They will go every extreme to avoid paying you and try to blemish your name."
