Amazing pool and driveway remodel. Fabulous design (including rebuilding pool, deck, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, walkways and driveway) Tiles and other small details were fixed during warranty period - a contractor with integrity! Highly recommended.

Pool builders are a dime-a-dozen in South Florida. When searching for the right partner to build my dream backyard I knew I needed someone special. Who would have the vision, experience, and skill to transform my backyard into a tropical paradise? I reached out to 9 different pool builders. The response I received from each of them was discouraging to say the least. A free form pool? Nobody does those anymore. Rock waterfalls with natural stone? Sorry - we can't. Every proposal was a 3d rendered attempt that didn't truly capture what I wanted. Then I found JD - on instagram of all places. I reached out and he told me he thinks he could help, but I should see some of his work first. He took me to a couple pools he built and I knew I found the right man for the job. From start to finish JD and the rest of the crew were on top of every part of the project. JD operates an excavator like a surgeon. Miguel shapes rock waterfalls like one of the renaissance greats. Jonathan from JD Professional recently completed our backyard masterpiece. From start to finish the project was seamless and exceeded our expectations!! He was the easiest person to work with, so responsive and helpful! He had great ideas and knew how to make our backyard dream come to life. No detail was missed! Construction and house projects always come with their own level of stress and problems, but Jonathan’s personality and demeanor was so comforting and calming that any issue that did arise was easily fixed and with no stress! I could not recommend Jonathan and his team more for your backyard needs! He did not do our pool and it was previously installed, but everything else we had done, from new pavers to pergolas to torches, turf, grass walls, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and seating area. Not only was his work and ethic wonderful the price was fair and honest and on budget! Highly highly recommend Jonathan and his team!

We bought and supplied all pavers, deck drains and pipes for 6 inch french drain, he agreed to just get paid for all the work and installation. Work done Oct 2016 gave us 5 yr warranty, immediately after work done found minor signs job not done correctly. Drains pitched in incorrect direction towards house not away, ( I dug down to pipe 21. 5 inches deep where starts further down stream 17 inches deep another 50 ft of drain left before reaches lake after this point???). Not all connections connected to main drain, French drain has No weed cloth put around as NORMALLY done and I bought for them to use. Then came greatest proof job was screwed up had severe thunder storm in August 2018 ( NOT a tropical depression, or Hurricane by any means ) and I had flood in out of deck drains in front of my front door of home and a river flowing out of drains by garage door and into my walkway. I video taped it and sent to JD landscaping in email along with copy of contract with 5 yr warranty on work. He replied back requesting additional pictures of drains and pipe into lake. I complied and got the requested pics, emailed them heard nothing back I asked after 2 months of hearing nothing if he could at least reply he got the pics and last email, and when I could expect him to come out and honor his warranty. My only reply from him, "I got it" No reply since early November 2018??? I believe he knows his guys did shoddy screwed up work and knows he have alot of work to do to repair it. Got estimates of $8000- $10,000 to repair french drain and the deck drainage by front door. Caveat Emptor Read reviews and stay away warranties are not honored.

We tried to get JD Professional to come back and build our pond a third time and to repair the vast flagstone area where the joints were settling and grout all broken because they did not use wire lathe when laying the flagstone and it was simply laid on 5' of concrete we now learned it was bound to fail. We were still motivated to have them come back and pay to repair and to pay to have the entire pong rebuild and expanded. We called John the owner he answered the phone and promised to come over for an estimate. He failed to show up. We continued to call over several months and he picked up and said he would come out to visit and estimate and never showed up. We tried calling again and again over the course of a year and now nobody but Voicemail on the office phone or mobile phone?? I can not recommend a person who fails to respond and fails to show up and does not want to face the music of fixing what they created for a fee and to take my hard earned money to pay and have this work done for the third time!

After living in our new home for a year, we decided to remodel our backyard because the current pool and patio seemed old and tired. After interviewing five pool remodeling and landscaping companies, we settled on JD professional landscaping because they provided the most options for our budget and the most flexibility in the design. The owner, Jonathan, advised us on many aspects of the project and gave us choices for patio stone, pool finish, and the shape of the barbecue among other things. On other items, like the choice of landscaping plants, we left the details to his professional experience. The final outcome is amazing and we subsequently hired Jonathan to redo our front yard as well. Jonathan and his team of workers were friendly, responsive, and finished the job on time. I highly recommend his company.

He did everything as promised.  He came sensibly, delivered the project and left.  I will use him again in the future.
