"We had extensive subsidence on our driveway and several slabs had cracks. The estimator came on time, was professional, described the process, made appropriate measurements, took photos and promised an estimate by email. The estimate arrived 48 hours later and was right in line with others we received but much less than re-pouring the driveway. We approved the job and set a date for it's initiation in about one weeks time. They showed up right on time and commenced work. What was thought to be a 3-4 hour job eventually took 8 hours. No complaints from the contractor. The driveway was level, not perfect, but better than I had hoped for. I ground the uneven cracks myself and filled them with fast-set concrete. The driveway looks almost like new. We're happy so far. Time will tell how permanent the fix is."

"I tried unsuccessfully to find a company to come give me a quote to repair my radius (shaped like a fan) dock. Then I found Eric and his company. His office returned my call that same day and came to see the dock the next morning. The shape of my dock is somewhat irregular so no one seemed to want to touch it but Eric saw that as a challenge and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very clear on what was included in his quote and what might be an additional charge once they pulled up the top boards. His men even went into the water to check underneath to ensure there would be no surprises. Eric and his men were on time every single day and if not he called to tell me why. He is also a perfectionist and used only the highest quality wood. The entire team was very nice as well as professional. They were very communicative as to what they needed to do and kept me informed as to the progress. The price was extremely reasonable and Eric always made sure to explain the charges to me. The result was fantastic! I keep looking out the window as it looks so great! When his team began removing tile they discovered the leak had caused major damage and ended up demoing, rebuilding and retiling the shower.
