Duke Energy restored power to our home before Genrex came by. Mind you the Generx is supposed to perform during emergency.
Now to get a service for a annual check up, to maintain warranty. Was told my last service person used superior parts. Why would they not supply quality products initially?
I am very unhappy with Generx. I will not recommend Generx. In fact I will strongly advocate against this company to family and friends. "
