Both companies said my electrical panel needed to be replaced on top of my pendant light installation. Their quotes? $4000 to $6000. After inspecting the electric panel, Ryan and Chuck decided that all that was needed was a whole house surge protector. Neither of them tried to convince me that I needed to pay thousands of dollars for unneeded repairs. The surge protector was installed correctly by Ryan (it had not been installed correctly before).
