"I had no air cool issue recently and received the alert trouble coded message #292 on the Lennox thermostat display: "The (furnace/air-handler) indoor blower motor will not start". I have called Bob Heinmiller contractors as they had installed the A/C unit and scheduled an appointment for it repair. It had been taken approximately 5 minutes of a troubleshooting by technician Kenny after which he repeated the thermostat display message - 'failed blow motors'. The charge, according to his invoice was $115.00 for "Diagnostic analysis". Kenny has replaced the blow motor (warranty) for $289.00."

They have an easy process for specing out the work, scheduling and payment. Joe R., our technician, was professional, friendly, respectful of our home (cleaned-up), and was knowledgeable. He installed six ceiling fans, removed two chandeliers and installed eight recesses lights - four in the dining room and four in the kitchen. We supplied the fans and recessed lights. All of the work is so nice that it looks like it was included when the house was built two years ago. We will contact them again if we need any electrical work done."

We chose a 500 gallon tank which will last about 10-14 days allowing ample time to refill after a storm if necessary. The Generator is able to operate our A/C and major appliances and comes on automatically during a power failure. We were very happy with the work done. The cost listed below includes electrical and propane gas subcontracting."
