Freddy and his crew totally repaired and renovated our Tri Level home after being flooded by Hurricane Helene. Initially, I wanted to use him because he gave such a reasonable quote and seemed completely trustworthy. After coming on time with his crew the very first day started doing the work, WE KNEW we had our guy. At the beginning, we called him to repair some flooring but he ended up doing it all - garage work, entire bedroom, entire bathroom, foyer, kitchen, stairs and more. It's been done for a few months now and we are VERY GRATEFUL to have found him. All his workers are very polite and professional as well. Trust me, call Batz Tile Renovation and be done with it!

Gerael and team were amazing. I found him on Angi and they completely demoed and retiled our entire 2,500 SF home in Tierra Verde. From there they completely remade our master bathroom shower and tub area with marble tile. In addition to great workmanship Gerael, never missed a start date and once they started, they did not stop until the job was completed unlike so many other contractors that i have dealt with that over promise and under deliver. I highly recommend Batz Tile!!!

It’s starting off ver well, The owner was super nice and responsive. When they started, he did not show up only four really young relatives. Yes my floor was a lot of work but he knew that before taking the job. There was no supervision the entire time, there are many many gaps in the wood floor where they did not connect the board. They were extremely messy, stepped in the glue and walked on the new floors, I’m still trying to scrub glue from throughout the house. Towards the the end of the floor, he promised to clean off the glue, was not done, he also said he can do drywall, he cannot!!! I paid him to do that and he royally f-ed it up, when I texted him and said it was not acceptable all he had to say is I did my best. Very disappointing.

He came in and put the concrete board Put the tile on the walls tile on the floor tile in the bathroom also put in the shower bench. floor grouted everything I’m very pleased with the job I would use him again and I would recommend him very nice person at a reasonable price
