After the installation was complete, Raphael said they would come back to clean up the grout. They had gotten on the baseboard and fix the neck I saw in the baseboard. After two weeks, he said he wasn?t going to be able to come and to call Empire. I have just had an estimate for $1280 to repair the damage they did to my baseboards with grout on the baseboards and gouges in the wood. There is even a hole under one of the cabinets, so sorry I had them do any work in my home.

This company were faster than estimated,efficient, reliable, on time, clean, organized and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Rafael and his team for any tiling needs. They laid about 1000 sq feet of tile with baseboards in 3.5 days and also totally remodeled our bathroom in a week! I wish there was a place to add pics because everything turned out gorgeous!
