There was one incident with a piece of flooring that had to be replaced after the job was completed, Jesse was polite and customer service centered in making sure the flooring was fixed to my satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."
