"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY We chose Jack Rabbit based on a recommendation from a friend, expecting professionalism, transparency, and quality service. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. At the time I was gathering quotes, my husband, a professional engineer was not home. He also wasn’t present during the installation. To ensure clarity, I had Jack Rabbit’s engineer/salesperson speak with him by phone. That conversation quickly turned tense, as the salesperson was dismissive and disrespectful toward my husband’s expertise. It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. With temperatures soaring and no AC for a few days, I made a rushed decision to move forward with Jack Rabbit, trusting that they would honor their agreement to match a competitor’s quote not just in price, but in equipment and specifications. That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment. The AC unit installed was not the higher-end model we were led to expect, and the discrepancy only came to light after the fact. I left messages for upper management and the owner, hoping to discuss our disappointment and give the company an opportunity to acknowledge where things went wrong. To date, I have received no return call. That silence speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service and accountability. This experience has left us feeling misled and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward and respectful transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by poor communication, broken promises, and a lack of integrity and money out the window. Now that we’ve paid thousands of dollars, to include a one-year service agreement, I find myself asking: do I even dare have them come back? Can I trust them to do right by us? Sadly, they already have our money, and based on this experience, I have little confidence they’ll stand behind their work. If you’re considering this company, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Reputation means nothing without integrity, and based on my experience, Jack Rabbit does not stand behind their word or their work. Positive Note: The installer Dejour was excellent, so patient and understanding. So professional and took the time to explain things to me, when others from the company wouldn't clarify. "I put in a request to change a lightbulb that was 15 ft. high and my ladder wouldn’t reach. The technician came out and quoted me $225 for 5 minutes worth of work. This was after him trying to sell me on all these other services I had no interest in, just focus on the task at hand! I told him no and he said he would remove the $90 “trip charge” (what a ripoff and I told the representative when I called to make the appointment I would not pay any sort of fee for an estimate or trip charge). I still told him that was high and could he come down closer to $75 as that is the most I would pay for such little work. He then complained that he drove over an hour to get to my house and he can’t do it for that low of an amount, and then ended our interaction with “but please keep us in mind for any of your future electrical needs or if you have any issues”. Hahahahahha so you refused to do the work that I called you for and think I would ever call you guys again??? He literally turned down free money to do a quick job and rather make nothing, makes zero sense since he was already there! They have permanently lost my business since I know I cannot depend on them. I have used Mister Sparky in the past even though their prices were always higher than others but I finally had to draw the line with them. Their greed over a few bucks lost them a customer, terrible business decisions and everyone should be warned this is how they operate. Stay away!!"

Alll electrical work was completed the SAME day of contact. They were thorough, patient in explaining what was happening, why it happened and the solution. I went to purchase the products that they needed to complete the job, and they were done within an hour. These Electricians are Highly competent, efficient, and thorough. They caught and corrected electrical issues that another Electrician botched, all while making us aware of a potential ant issue in the attic. They were extremely communicative of what they were doing and why and even bought Girl Scout cookies from my daughters before they left and left a cash donation. I can't recommend them highly enough. I feel so fortunate to have found them. If I am ever in need of any electrical work in the future, they will be the 1st electricians that I contact. Exceptional service!"
