This has bee? the worst experience I have ever had. A simple small kitchen remodel has taken almost 7 months. I mostly don't know when people are coming unless I bother the project MGM who tends to get defensive if I question things. I get asked by the workers to instruct them on things I don't know in a language I don't speak. I have just found out they won't move my appliances back. Who doesn't think the end of a remodel is put things back.

CMK did a complete remodel of our 1990’s kitchen. We are extremely happy with the results! Carrie our designer helped us select the materials and products to coordinate color and style. She suggested the new Fabuwood Dove and we love that while still white, it’s a little softer than the frost white. The Demo team took every precaution to protect our home from the dust during the demolition. The installation team did a great job fitting the cabinets and crown molding and dealing with our imperfect walls. The quartz installer managed somehow to fabricate all the Cambria Irons Bridge quartz counter tops without any seams!!! Carlos our production manager kept us informed during the whole process and answered our phone calls promptly. He was onsite to instruct the installers as needed. We highly recommend CMK construction and will definitely use their services again in the future!

Overall CMK did a very good job from the beginning to the end of our project. The project manager Anibal was outstanding and was always available. I would recommend CMK Construction to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

I'm a stickler about promises made. My anticipated start date came and went. Davis kept his promise. I'm a snowbird and had expected the renovation would start while still in Florida. It started the day after we left! Davis communicated progress on my renovation, answered my texts and/or calls in a timely manner, if there was a problem he let me know how it would be resolved and I felt that he was sincere, not just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. Thank you

Lily was great at getting the permit for my bath remodel at a time when permits are not easy to get after storms. She kept after the permitting dept at st. Pete and was instrumental in getting a quick response for my permit. Thank you Lily!

CMK Construction consistently displays a lack of integrity, neglecting both their customers and salespeople. Customers are pressured to sign contracts before seeing the actual products, unaware that they are purchasing entry-level cabinetry at custom cabinet prices. Once in the showroom, they feel forced to upgrade because the base options are outdated by decades. Meanwhile, as customers are pushed to pay more for these upgrades, salespeople experience commission cuts on every project, prompting anyone with a conscience to leave within a month. After a lengthy wait—often six months—for installation, customers are left unsupported and frequently hit with additional charges from their Project Manager. This predetermined “upgrade” process at every turn occurs regardless of the original contract price. It’s clear the company neither fairly compensates its salespeople nor fulfills its commitments to customers. With many reputable kitchen and bath companies in Tampa, there’s no reason to settle for CMK.

This was truly a nightmare, they lied to us from day 1, insisting we did not need a permit. The contract was signed on April 30, 2022, we fired them on Sept. 12, 2022, 4 1/2 later, both our bathrooms were demolition and not even a quarter of the way finished. The workmanship was extremely sloppy, the design plan was not followed, yet they requested 90% of total payment. When you see the name CMK Construction run quickly the other way. save yourself alot of heartache.

The nightmare that was our kitchen remodel is finally over. We were told 6-8 weeks and finally after 17 weeks the project was done. First 8 weeks equals 40 working days nobody showed up for half of them, we got excuse after excuse why nothing was being done. We had to go to the company and have a meeting with one of the bosses to get something done. Shoddy work I even had to buy the worker doing my floors the right tools. I will re do some of the finish work myself because I do not want them back here. There was lots more. I definitely do not recommend this company.

10 weeks of hell. Will never use this company again. So many issues to address. So Iâ ll just list a few. After the first PM messed up so much the second PM had his hands full. Not only with the job itself but his boss (Dylan) made every decision so much tougher. Even to the point I had to hire my own drywall installer. Most all the plumbing was installed incorrectly. Double vanity was plumbed for a single vanity. CMK professionals installed the body jets (the experts) and ask me if I confirmed. I know nothing about them other then cosmetically they looked good. So trusting them of course I confirmed. Now that the job is finally finished after using it the jets donâ t work. Dylanâ s logic is because I confirmed the location CMK will not correct the issue. I even asked him as a second opinion if they would work where his PM placed them and he confirmed. So why would I not confirm them? So when you hear this company tell you the job isnâ t finished until your happy and satisfied just know thatâ s BS! Honestly this job wouldnâ t have gotten where it is if the second PM didnâ t bust his ass and help me in so many ways even though his hands where tied in so many ways!

Signed contract in September. Paid a hefty down payment and never heard anything, even after multiple tries with sales rep. Finally drove to business to ask about our remodel. I was assured this would never happen again and that the project would be back on track. We did not live in the house and gave them full access to a home that we had just recently purchased and handed the keys over to them. The demo guys destroyed several doors and hall trim including our garage entrance where they brought their equipment in and front door entrance from using their own equipment. After we gave them a 2-month notice that we were moving in March 1st, they still had not completed the job. We went through two project managers, a VP of the company, and I can not even count how many men went through our house. They botched the electrical and drywall. We had new cabinets put in and they cut into them. We have several outstanding issues that we have been fixing ourselves even after multiple tries to reach the new PM. When we moved in, we did not have working AC or hot water. The city of Clearwater ended up fixing our gas so that we could have hot water to take showers after 2 weeks of declining the inspections. We have had personal property damage and incomplete work done to our house. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

We had our main bathroom remodel, it took 14 weeks instead of 4 -6 weeks to finish and at the end of the project I had to hire my own cleaning people to get the floor tile cleaned. I would not recommend them.

This company has a great designer who worked directly with me and my ideas. Very detailed. Project manager, Kevin was also available any time and very personable. Whole project has been great so far. I can hardly wait for the finished product.

We had two bathrooms remolded and they both turned out beautifully, Jim was our project manager, he kept in touch with us throughout the project. He was very conscious with the details. I also would like to give kudos to Jeremy, Lee and Chris who remolded both bathrooms, they did a fantastic job. Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful and polite. I feel they all work very well together.

Kevin Sampson was my project manager. He was outstanding. He checked on progress almost daily. He informed me of the schedule and answered all my questions. He kept close tabs on his team. Couldn't ask for a nicer and understanding man to work with!

After a tough start, Project Manager Jim took over and got us a fantastic kitchen! Michael was on point and got things done professionally. Our kitchen was a challenge and CMK came through. Thank you CMK!

Awesome experience from day 1 with sales Jeff who helped get it going with great ideas to next working with Natassa picking tile colors and finishes. Then met project mgr Jim who went through everything we were having done and schedule we would be looking at which started on exact date which started with demo and until last day when finished everybody was on time and always very polite and professional. Thanks for our new bathroom and kitchen flooring

We love our new bathroom.  Only down side is it makes the rest of our house look bad.  From start to finish CMK took care of us.  We first met Paul who through much time and patience helped guide us through the planning. Once the work started the project was overseen by Michael.  Him and everyone he brought in were incredibly respectful of our home and did an excellent job. I'm going to argue with my wife that we don't need to remodel the rest of the place, but when I lose CMK will hear from us again.  Many thanks.

1. Very Poor Project Management 2. Very Poor quality of Cabinetry 3. Took 4 times to get the countertop measured and installed properly4. Took 5 times to get the correct linear drain ordered and installed. Project Manager David P. had the tile installer put in something we did not order or want. We waited almost a full 4 months for the drain that we wanted to be installed. 5. They could not figure out how to create a top for our bench seat until the owner figured it out. 6. I wanted a tank-less hot water tank installed. Salesman ordered to big a water heater for our electric panel capacity. 3 different representatives said our panel could handle it. Electrical came to install and said he could not do as it could start an electrical fire. Project Manager, David P. Told electrician to install anyway. This was at 6:30 on a Friday night. The Electrician boss said NO WAY. Everything had to be dismantled and an old hot water tank reinstalled until a new and correct size was ordered and could be installed. 7. Tower for linens was to have pulled out drawers for ease of use. No drawers. 8. Vanity in 3 sections; 2 cabinets and middle drawers. When installation occurred, the middle section was totally different colors of white than what was ordered and did not match. Another reorder. 9. Crown molding for the tower was never ordered therefore another time-lapse.10. Shower enclosure cut too short, reorder.11. The plumber cut huge holes in the back of vanity cabinets for pipes to go through, thus ruining those. White wood panels installed as a remedy, but not a bit what customers wanted or ordered.11. No quality control from the warehouse to delivery. No inspection of CMK ordered products by project manager David P. causing numerous delays.12. Workers blaming each other for various mistakes throughout the project.13. Project Manager, David P. Insulting, Rude, Refused to Assume any Responsibility for anything that went wrong. He went out of town for 4-5 days without assigning anyone to have customer contact while he was gone, causing more difficulties during the time he was away, hung up the phone on customer when customer was upset over him pulling the tiler off the job for 2 hours to go to another job.14. Numerous lies told by various people at CMK about the numerous mistakes, etc. throughout the project. 15. A 4-week project turned into 4 months until full completion, not to satisfaction of customer.16. The only items that were ordered and flawless at the time of installation were those purchased by the customer, including light fixtures, sink bowls, faucets and shower mechanisms, makeup mirror, and toilet.17. Overpriced, poor resolution of the problem, with only a $1300.00 discount given to customers. We do no recommend CMK for any home building or home remodeling projects.

This is an outstanding company from beginning to end, with great design advice and outstanding workmanship all along the way. I had been online for several weeks looking at bathroom fixtures and had chosen a few items. Design Khalid Jabber came up with a beautiful design and advised me against some items I had chosen (ex: flat rocks instead of bumpy ones for the shower floor) and then helped me choose the rest of the elements (floor, tile, cabinets, lights) to blend with what I had. One truly good piece of advice was to install a combination exhaust and heater in the ceiling, which I really, really like. It was a total "gut job" right down to the studs. My project manager, David Powell, was on site nearly every day and responded quickly whenever I had a question or concern. (Tip: He is worth waiting for if you hire this company.) David managed to get top plumbers and electricians and, best of all, the excellent father-son team of Ihosvany and Yoandi to install the floor, tile, closet shelves and painting. I had anticipated the job taking eight weeks, but it was completed in seven, thanks to the diligence of Mr. Powell. Throughout the project, the workers protected my home, from carpets to furniture to ceiling, so much so that I hardly knew they were working. Clean-up is included in the price, but because of the sudden COVID-19 shutdown, I chose to do the inside part it myself. But all the workers had been so careful and neat, it wasn't all that difficult. I am completely pleased with every part of this project.

Highly professional and polite team. Kudos to Daniel, Matt, and David for attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Our bathroom is beautiful - love the design and the workmanship. During the remodel damage was done to our front porch and hardwood floors and Michael made sure to remedy both issues.

Everyone who worked in my home was respectful, considerate and very professional. I had full confidence that they all knew exactly what they were doing. My Project Manager, Dave, kept everything on schedule, so they finished in 4 weeks. My tile guy, Jeremy was the best! I picked 24 x 48 tiles for the tub/shower walls!! Huge, and they look unbelievably beautiful! Jeremy matched the pattern so it flows. He also laid the flooring and did a great job. The gentleman who installed the quartz, with waterfall, made it look gorgeous. If you look on cmkconstructioninc.com you will see some pictures of my bathroom. The next time I need anything done to my home, they'll be the first ones I call. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT CMK!!! It was truly a pleasure - without any aggravation working with you and all the contractors. I also have to thank Diamond, who works in the office, for relaying any & all messages to everyone. Thank you so much Diamond. You really helped to keep everything on track!!

We were very pleased with the final result. Project was promised to be done by Thanksgiving and they did everything they could to meet our deadline, including working on the weekend. David, our PM, was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. The tile installer, Jeremy, did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to use them again for future work.

Paul did a great job with the design of our kitchen. CMK did quality work! The kitchen came out beautiful!! I will say you need to stay on top of tour job manager, communication was definitely lacking. It was frustrating at times but Paul was the catalyst that got the job done. They did great work just be prepared to manage your renovation.

CMK is an amazing company who listens to your needs and wants! They deliver such great customer service and go above and beyond!!!
